Fee Terms
All fees are due as described in the applicable engagement letter or purchase page. Payment methods are specified at the time of order. Failure to settle fees may result in suspension of access or delivery.
Reimbursement Policy
Tandorin is committed to fair practices. The terms below apply to reimbursements for each category.
Advisory Services
Advisory sessions are scheduled based on our consultants’ availability. As time slots are reserved exclusively, we do not offer standard reimbursements for completed or missed sessions. You may request a rescheduling or transfer to another qualified representative by notifying us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Approved adjustments are subject to consultant availability.
Information Products
If you have not accessed or downloaded the material within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full reimbursement. To initiate a claim, contact us via the contact channel provided above. Approved claims will be processed within 10 business days and funds will be credited to the original payment source.
Physical Goods
Unopened items in original condition may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery confirmation. Shipping cost to our office is the responsibility of the purchaser unless a shipping defect occurred. Once received and inspected, we issue a reimbursement of the product amount within 10 business days to the original transaction method.
Cancellation and Transfer
Service engagements may be canceled by providing written notice at least 72 hours in advance. Upon approval, prepaid fees may be credited toward future services within six months. The credit is nontransferable except by mutual agreement in writing.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be effective once posted on our platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai.
